Kiran Lal Srivastava Vs. Smt. Padma Devi Mishra) under Section 21 (2) of the U.P. Regulation of Urban Premises Tenancy Act, 2021, filed by the Landlord/petitioner, within stipulated period so fixed by this Hn'ble Court." 3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the aforementioned Rent Case being Case No.8064 of 2024 filed by the petitioner before respondent No.2/Additional District Magistrate, (Supply) Kanpur Nagar is pending since 23.10.2024. He further placed certified copy of the order sheet, which has been annexed as Annexure No.2 to the writ petition in order to demonstrate that the case is not proceeding expeditiously. 4. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the issue, the present petition stands disposed of finally directing respondent No.2/Additional District Versus Counsel for Petitioner(s) : Piyush Shukla, Pratyush Shukla Counsel for Respondent(s) : C.S.C.
