Heard learned counsel for the petitioners, learned Standing Counsel for the State and Sri Manish Mehrotra learned counsel for the respondent bank. 2. Present petition has been filed to assail the order/letter dated 19.08.2025 issued by the respondent bank under SARFAESI Act, 2002. 3. Presently, Sri Manish Mehrotra learned counsel for the respondent bank has raised preliminary objection on two counts. First, it has been submitted, parallel proceedings are already pending before DRT, Prayagraj being SA/951/2023. Second, the secured asset has been auctioned on 09.9.2025 and the Sale Certificate has also been issued. 4. In view of that preliminary objection being well founded, no interference is warranted in exercise of the extraordinary jurisdiction of the Court under Article 226 of the Constitution of India. 5. Writ petition is dismissed leaving it open to the petitioners to pursue their statutory remedies in accordance with law.
