Petitioner is presenting serving as Trained Graduate Teacher (Non-Medical) at Government Middle School Kandhi-Dhar U/c Government Senior Secondary School Thachi, District Mandi. He preferred a representation on 21.12.2024 (Annexure P-5) to respondent No.2/competent authorioty seeking his transfer on 1 Whether reporters of the local papers may be allowed to see the judgment? 2 account of health problems being faced by him and also on account of his impending retirement. Petitioner’s grievance is that the aforesaid representation has not been considered and decided by respondent No.2/competent authority till date. 3. Looking to the limited grievance of the petitioner, this writ petition is disposed of by directing respondent No.2/competent authority to consider and decide the aforesaid representation of the petitioner, in accordance with law, within a period of four weeks from today.
