Baruah, the learned counsel for the petitioners. Also heard Mr. K.K. Das, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the State of Assam. 2. The learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners were allowed to go on interim bail, by this Court, by order dated 27.03.2025, and in pursuant to the directions of this Court, the petitioners, namely, 1. Umananda Sarkar, 2. Binanda Sarkar and 3.Nityananda Sarkar have appeared before the Investigating Officer and have co-operated in the investigation. 3. On the other hand, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor has submitted that in this case, charge sheet has been laid bearing charge sheet No. 89/2025 dated 30.03.2025. As the petitioners have co-operated in the investigation and as the charge sheet has been laid, hence, this anticipatory bail application is disposed of with an observation that the interim bail granted to the petitioners, by order dated 27.03.2025 is hereby made absolute, subject to the condition that they shall co-operate in the trial.
