Petitioner claims that she has filed an application on 30.05.2025 for transfer in pursuance of applicable transfer policy within the schedule as declared by respondents, however, till date his application has not been decided by concerned respondent, i.e., Additional Director, Secondary Education, Lucknow. 3. Learned Standing Counsel for respondents submit that in case said application is still pending, the same will be considered in accordance with law before the next educational session commenced. 4. In aforesaid circumstances, since now it is mid session of present educational session, therefore, this writ petition is disposed of that application of petitioner, if already submitted and pending, shall be considered by concerned respondent taking note of grounds mentioned therein as well as applicable transfer policy before next educational session commenced.
