Issue a writ order or direction in the nature of certiorari quashing the impugned RC Form No. 19 submitted against the petitioner on 06.05.2024 as well as RC Form No. 20 issued on 18.05.2024 under Rule 67(2) and 67(5) of U.P. Land Revenue Code, against the petitioner in Case No. T202411170404348. ii. Issue a writ order or direction in the nature of mandamus commanding the respondent authorities not to interfere in the peaceful possession of the petitioner over land No. 326 having an area 0.7270 hectare situated at Village-Ashadeyi @ Prangarh, Tehsil-Sikandarabad, District-& Pargana Bulandshahr." 2. From perusal of the prayers made in writ petition, it appears that petitioner has challenged the issuance of RC Form No. 19 dated 6.5.2024 as well as RC Form No. 20 issued on 18.5.2024. 3. Petitioner has a remedy of filing reply to the said notices issued against him. No case for interference is made out. 4. Writ petition is misconceived and dismissed, accordingly. However, it is provided that if any reply is filed by petitioner to the notices aforesaid, the authority concerned shall consider and decide the same, strictly in accordance with law.
