JUSTICE S. B. PD. SINGH ORAL ORDER 2 04-08-2025 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned APP for the State. 2. The instant application for anticipatory bail has been filed by the petitioners apprehending their arrest in connection with Ghanshyampur P.S. Case no. 98 of 2022 instituted for the offence under Sections 447, 341, 323, 324, Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.46932 of 2025(2) dt.04-08-2025 2/3 308, 379, 504/34 of the Indian Penal Code. 3. As per allegation in the FIR, on the alleged date of occurrence, accused persons laced with lathi, danda and iron rod came to the door of the informant and assaulted to Kamlesh Chaupal and Binod Chaupal. 4. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioners has submitted that petitioners are innocent and have committed no offence. They have got no criminal antecedent. There is case and counter case. The alleged occurrence took place over a land dispute. Specific allegation is against Hareram Chaupal and Lalu Chaupal and not against these petitioners rather there is general and omnibus allegations against them. 5. Learned APP appearing for the State has opposed the prayer of Bail. 6. Having heard learned counsel for the parties and in the facts and circumstances of the case as stated above, this Court is inclined to enlarge the petitioners on bail. The petitioners are directed to surrender in the Court below within a period of four weeks from today and in the event of their arrest or surrender in connection with Ghanshyampur P.S. Case no. 98 of 2022, he will be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Rupees ten thousand) each with two sureties of the Patna High Court CR. MISC.
