04 / 24.01.2025: This is an application for restoration of W.P.(C) No.1893 of 2022 to its original file, which was dismissed for non-compliance of the peremptory order.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submit that he will remove the defect(s) within four weeks and begs apology for inconvenience caused to the Hon’ble Court.
3. Considering the
submissions, this C.M.P. is allowed. Consequently, W.P.(C) No.1893 of 2022 is restored to its original file subject to condition that the defect(s) pointed out by the Registry must be removed within a period of four weeks, failing which, this order of restoration will not be given effect to.
4. After restoration, W.P.(C) No.1893 of 2022 be listed before an appropriate Bench.
