The present writ petition is filed questioning the action of the respondents in trying to issue house site pattas under Navaratnalu-pedalandariki illu scheme over an extent of Ac.3.43 cents in Sy.No.251-5 of Madiki Village, Almuru Mandal, East Godavari District, which is classified as tank. 2. This Court, while ordering notice, on 17.03.2020, passed an interim order directing the respondents not to convert the subject lands and not to issue house site pattas over the subject lands. The said interim order is subsisting as on today. 3. When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue placed instructions dated 12.03.2025 furnished by the 4th respondent. 4. On a perusal of the same, it is clear that the subject lands are not notified for issuance of house sites under the said scheme. 5. The said instructions are placed on record. 6. Accordingly, the Writ Petition is closed by making the interim order dated 17.03.2020 as absolute. No costs.
