Issue a writ order or direction in the nature of certiorari quashing the F.I.R. dated 04.09.2025 registered as Case Crime No.395 of 2025 U/s 191(2), 191(3), 190, 352, 109(1) B.N.S., Police Station Phoolpur, District- Prayagraj." A perusal of the First Information Report discloses commission of offence in the above case. In view of the aforesaid, no case for quashing the first information report is made out.
