GP FOR HOME The Court made the following Order: The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that aggrieved by the inaction on the part of the 3rd respondent in taking any action on the representation of the petitioner dated 09.01.2025. 2. The learned Assistant Government Pleader appearing for the respondent Nos.1 to 3 submits that there are civil disputes between the petitioner and the unofficial respondents. It is also submitted by the learned Assistant Government Pleader that the petitioner never approached the 3rd respondent and no representation was received by the 3rd respondent which is alleged to have been sent by registered post. 3. As seen from the annexures filed along with the writ petition, the petitioner had addressed a registered letter to the 3rd respondent which was refused, as seen from the endorsement. 4. Considering the same, it is left open for the petitioner to submit a fresh representation to the 3rd respondent and on receipt of such representation, the 3rd respondent shall consider the same in accordance with Section 173 (3) of BNSS. 5.
