By this petition, the petitioners herein are seeking review of the order dated 15.12.2025 passed by this Court in WP (C) No. 3521/2025 titled “District Kathua Cricket Association and Others vs. Board of Control for Cricket in India and Others”. Para no. 5 of the above said order is set out below: 5. The learned counsel for the petitioner, in order to substantiate his stand that the petitioners have a right to be the nominees of the Electoral College, has referred to and taken refuge in the Supreme Court order dated 27.10.2025. 2. It is stated by learned counsel for the petitioners that the petitioners have never taken refuge in the Supreme Court order dated 27.10.2025, however, he had referred to and relied upon an order dated 23.03.2021, (Direction No. III), passed by the Division Bench of this Court in LPAW No. 14/2019 [LPA No. 43/2019]. 3. In view of the submissions made hereinabove, the review petition is allowed and para no. 5 is recast as under: - Sr. No. 155 2 “The learned counsel for the petitioner, in order to substantiate his stand that the petitioners have a right to be the nominees of the Electoral College, has referred to and taken refuge of an order dated 23.03.2021 passed by this Court in LPA No. 14/2019 [LPA No. 43/2019].” 4.
