GP FOR HOME (AP) The Court made the following: ORDER: The instant Writ Petition is filed by the Petitioner seeking indulgence of this Court under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for the following relief: “....to issue an appropriate writ order or direction more particularly in the nature of Writ of Mandamus declaring action of the official Respondents in non- conducting of investigation pursuant to Crime/FIR No.189/2019 dated 21.08.2019 on the file the police station, Penugonda, West Godavari District and file final report in furtherance to same despite several oral requests made by the petitioner is arbitrary, illegal and void and violative of provisions of Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 by ignoring the Guidelines of Hon'ble Apex Court time to time apart from violative of Article 14 and 21 and of the constitution of India. Consequently direct the respondents complete the investigation and file final report in respect of Crime no.189/2019 on the file of the 3rd respondent in the interest of justice and fair play ...” Heard learned counsel for the Petitioner and learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home appearing for respondent State. Perused the material on record. Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home on instructions would submit that the crime is under investigation and after completion of investigation and would submit that this Court may pass appropriate orders by disposing of this Writ Petition. Learned counsel for the Petitioner would submit that appropriate directions may be given to respondent Police to conclude the investigation and may dispose of this Writ Petition. 3 In the light of the submissions made, this Writ Petition is disposed of. Respondent Police are directed to conclude the investigation of the subject crime and file final report according to law within two months from the date of receipt of copy of this Order if not concluded the investigation so far.
