Learned counsel for respondent No.3/Accountant General submits that, vide communication dated 29.03.2023, respondent No.3 has authorised the State Government to disburse the petitioner’s General Provident Fund (GPF) amount. The relevant document evidencing such authorization has already been placed on record. 3. Upon perusal of the aforesaid document, it appears that the GPF amount has already been released to the petitioner. However, in the event the amount has not yet been received, the respondent authorities are directed to ensure disbursement of the same within a period of ‘45 days’ from the date of receipt of a certified copy of this order. 4. It is further observed that if any grievance of the petitioner still subsists thereafter, the petitioner shall be at liberty to seek appropriate remedy before this Court in accordance with law. 5.
