This interlocutory application under Section 151 of the Code of Civil Procedure, 1908, is preferred by the applicant for correction in the cause title of CRP (IO) No. 107/2025. 3. Mr Gogoi submits that in the cause title of the aforementioned civil revision petition, the impugned order is mentioned as –“22nd of December, 2023”, but, in fact, the same ought to have been “dated 16.11.2023” and as such, he may be permitted to make necessary correction in the aforementioned date in the cause title. 4. Prayer is accordingly allowed. 5. Mr Gogoi shall furnish amended cause title of the civil revision petition, before this Court within one week from today. 6.
