Mahendra Kumar Prajapati and others) arising out of Case Crime No. 219 of 2020, under Sections 147, 148, 186, 188, 269, 270, 283, 341 of I.P.C., Police Station- Bakewar, District- Fatehpur, as well as cognizance/ summoning order dated 05.03.2021 pending in the Court of Additional Civil Judge (J.D.)/ J.M., Court No. 5, Fatehpur. Learned counsel for the applicants submits that the present case has become infructuous as the present case has been decided on the basis of confessional statement.
