Also heard Mr. K.K. Parasar, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, Assam who submits that though the Case Diary was called for, however, in the meanwhile, charge sheet has been laid bearing charge sheet No. 116 dated 31.03.2025. 2. The learned counsel for the petitioners has submitted that the petitioners were granted interim bail by this Court, by order dated 06.05.2025 and in pursuant to the directions of this Court, they have co-operated in the investigation. 3. In view of the submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioners regarding the co-operation rendered by the petitioners in the investigation, the interim bail granted to the petitioners by order dated 06.05.2025, is hereby made absolute with a condition that they shall co-operate in the investigation. 4.
