Direct the Respondent No.1 i.e. Rent Authority/Additional District Magistrate, City Gorakhpur to decide the application filed by the petitioner bearing application No.1600 of 2023 under Section 21 of the Regulation of Urban Premises Tenancy Act, 2021 in a time bound manner." 3. Regulation of Urban Premises Tenancy Act, 2021 is pending 20.07.2023. He further placed certified copy of the order sheet, which has been annexed as Annexure No.2 to the writ petition in order to demonstrate that the case is not proceeding expeditiously. 4.
