It is also submitted that in view of such communication made by the alleged contemnor order has been complied with. The alleged contemnor is represented by learned advocate who has filed a report vide memo dated 11th April, 2025 enclosing communication dated 4th March, 2025 and same is taken on record. In view of such submissions made on behalf of the respective parties and taking note of the communication dated 4th March, 2025 contempt application stands disposed of and contempt proceeding stands dropped. However, this order shall not preclude the applicant to question the communication dated 4th march, 2025, if so advised.
