By means of the present writ petition, a direction in the nature of mandamus directing the respondents not to interfere in peaceful marital life of petitioners, has been sought. 3. At the very outset, learned Standing Counsel, on the basis of instructions received, which has been reported by concerned police station apprised the Court that there is hardly any problem persists with the married couple and they are living their peaceful life without any threat or apprehension of danger to life specifically created at the behest of respondent no.4. 4.
