This petition has been filed for following relief: "(i) Direct the Principal Judge Family Court, Kaushambi to decide the Case No. 316/2025, (Saurabh Katiyar Vs. Priya Katiyar), filed by the petitioner Under Section-13 Hindu Marriage Act, 1955, expeditiously within short period." 3. This petition under Section 13 of Hindu Marriage Act has been filed on 26.03.2025. The statutory period has contemplated in view of Section 21 (b) of the Hindu Marriage Act has yet not expired and the petitioner has approached this Court for expeditious disposal of the case. 4. No such relief can be granted to the petitioner, the petition is dismissed.
