With consent, the main Writ Petition is taken up for final disposal at the stage of admission itself. 2. This Writ Petition has been filed seeking to direct the 3rd respondent to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 13.08.2025 and to issue separate patta to the petitioner property situated 2/6 https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis W.P.No.33932 of 2025 in survey No.81/6 Vilankuruchi Village, Coimbatore District, North Coimbatore measuring an extent of 82 cents out of total extent of 6.42 acre. 3. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that initially the subject properties were partitioned between the petitioner and his brother and other legal heirs. As far as other legal heirs are concerned, they have alienated their respective shares in favour of the third parties and the petitioner is enjoying his share over the property. Whileso,the respondents 5 to 10 who have already alienated their respective shares in favour of third parties, in order to cheat the petitioner and his family members, are creating cloud over the title of the property of the petitioner and his family members. In this regard, the petitioner made a representation to the 3rd respondent on 13.08.2025 to delete the unrelated names in the patta No.627 and to issue separate patta to the petitioner's property. Since no action has been taken by the 3rd respondent, the petitioner is before this Court by way of the present writ petition. 4. The learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the 3/6 https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis W.P.No.33932 of 2025 respondents 1 to 4 would submit the respondents are in the process of removing the names of other pattdars and the respondent concerned will issue separate patta to the petitioner within a period of two weeks. 5. Recording the submissions made by the learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents 1 to 4, the respondents concerned shall issue separate patta to the petitioner by considering the petitioner's represenation dated 13.08.2025 within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 6. With the above directions, this writ petition is disposed of. No costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
