The said application was dismissed by the Court below vide order dated 16.11.2023. Aggrieved over the same, the present Civil Revision petition has been filed. 2. The learned counsel further submits that the revision petitioner / plaintiff has now filed applications in I.A.Nos. 1 and 2 of 2025 seeking to receive the documents obtained through the Right to Information Act.
