Present petition has been filed by the petitioner under Section 528 of BNSS for quashing/setting aside the impugned order dated 30.03.2024 passed in FIR bearing No.108 dated 04.04.2020 registered under Sections 323, 324, 506, 148, 149 of IPC at Police Station Division No.5, Ludhiana, District Ludhiana (Annexure P-7), vide which, petitioner has been declared as proclaimed person. 2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner is ready to surrender himself before the learned trial Court and prays that the petitioner be not arrested by the police. 3. Heard. 4. Petitioner is directed to surrender himself before the learned trial Court within 2 weeks i.e. up to 24.09.2025 and to move an appropriate application by raising all the pleas taken in this petition, before the trial Court regarding his non-appearance.
