Hussain for the petitioner Sajeda Begum, who has filed this application under Section 482 of Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 with prayer for bail as she is apprehending arrest in connection Page No.# 2/2 with South Salmara Police Station Case No. 32/2025 registered under Sections 70(1)/3(5) of Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023. 2. Heard Ms. N. Das, learned Additional Public Prosecutor, Assam. 3. The allegation is basically against the petitioner’s husband. The petitioner is apprehending arrest as her husband is involved in connection with this case. 4. I have considered the submissions at the bar with circumspection. I have scrutinized the Case Diary. It appears that pre-arrest bail may be granted to the petitioner. 5. In the event of his arrest, the petitioner shall be enlarged on bail on furnishing a bail bond of Rs.50,000/- (Rupees Fifty Thousand) with a suitable surety of like amount to the satisfaction of the arresting authority under the conditions that:- the petitioner shall appear before the Investigating Officer within one week and cooperate with the investigation, failing which this pre-arrest bail shall stand automatically cancelled. 6.
