This writ petition is disposed of with the direction that respondent- U.P. Dugdh Utpadak Sahkari Sangh Ltd., Gorakhpur will conduct an audit of funds. 3. It is also submitted by learned counsel for respondent that out of due Rs. 18 lac, the substantial amount i.e. about Rs.10 lac has been paid to petitioner as well as that the other similarly retired persons are also awaiting for payment of their dues, therefore, it is also directed that dues be settled from oldest case to newest case. 4. The audit report be prepared within three months. The petitioner will be at liberty to receive it from concerned respondent and may take legally permissible remedy, if so advised.
