Heard Sri Satish Chaturvedi, learned counsel for review-applicants/ respondents in writ petition and Sri Prabhakar Awasthi, learned counsel for opposite party/ petitioner in writ petition. 2. Learned counsel for review applicant refers para 14 of order under review dated 01.09.2025 that he has disputed that petitioner was a Probationary Officer and a “Specified Person” as well as that E-Circular dated 16.12.2014 (wrongly transcribed as 16.12.2024) was not applicable. 3. Per contra, learned counsel for opposite party/ petitioner has reiterated that petitioner was a Probationary Officer and a “Specified Person” and E-Circular dated 16.12.2014 was applicable on him. 4. I have considered the above submissions and is of the opinion that even if it is a case that this Court has wrongly mentioned that counsel for respondents/ review applicants has not disputed above referred position, still the Court is of the view that petitioner is entitled to get benefit of E- Circular dated 16.12.2014 and for that the Court takes note of para 13 of the order under review. Therefore, no case of review is made out.
