ORDER: This writ petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of the India seeking the following reliefs;-
“to issue a writ, order or direction more particularly one in the nature of Writ of Mandamus declaring the action of the respondents in changing the classification and the name of the petitioner from Adangals, 10-1B and other revenue records and incorporating the name of “Maseedu” (Mosque) in respect of the Sy.No.268 to an extent of Ac.2.2G Cts in Pasivedala Village, Kovvuru Mandal, East Godavari District as illegal, arbitrary in violation of principles of natural Justice and violation of Art. 14, 21 and 300-A of the Constitution of India and also in violation of the provisions of the Andhra Pradesh Rights in Land and Pattadar Pass Books Act, and the Rules framed thereunder and consequently set aside the action of the Respondents in changing the name of the petitioner and incorporating the name of the
“Maseedu” (Mosque) in the revenue records and direct the respondents to restore the name of the petitioner in Adangals, 10-1B and other revenue records in respect of Sy.No.268 to an extent of Ac. 2.20 Cts in Pasivedala Village, Kovvuru Mandal, East Godavari District and pass such other order.
2. Heard the
learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Pleader for the respondents.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that without issuing any prior notice to the petitioner, the respondent authorities deleted petitioner’s name from the revenue records i.e., 1B and Adangal. Aggrieved by the same, the petitioner submitted a representation dated 20.12.2024 to the respondents requesting to change the classification in respect of the subject property and re-
3 i enter her name in the revenue records. But till date the respondents did not consider the representation of the petitioner. Hence, the present Writ Petition.
4. Learned Government Pleader for the respondents furnished the written instructions issued by the 4*^ respondent, wherein it is stated as follows:
“It is submitted that so many grievances received from Pasivedala Ryots through Revenue Sadassullu and PGRs stated that their names were not reflecting in Web land adangal of Pattadar column and facing hurdle at the time of paddy purchasing, rythu barosa and registration and request to resolve the grievances and the same was informed to Revenue Divisional officer, Kovvur stated that the said lands are in possession and enjoyment long back and my predecessors are also issued pattadar pass books and their names were reflecting in pattadar column. After re-survey the lands are entered in wakf lands in pattadar column. The petitioner is having statutory remedy to file revision petition before Collector, East Godavari under Section 9 of Andhra Pradesh Rights in land and Pattadar Pass Books Act, 1971."
5. Having regard to the submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Pleader for the respondents and on perusal of the material placed on record, this Court is of the considered opinion the present Writ Petition can be
disposed of directing the respondents to consider the representation
4 of the petitioner and pass appropriate orders in accordance with law, or before six(6) months from the date of receipt of copy of this
Order. Till then, the respondents are directed not to interfere create any third party interest in respect of the subject property.
6. With the above directions, the Writ Petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs. on or As a sequel miscellaneous application, pending, if any, shall also stand closed Sd/- K.
