Hon'ble Vinod Diwakar,J. 1. Heard learned counsel for the petitioners, learned Standing Counsel for the State-respondent, and perused the material on record. 2. The instant writ petition has been filed by the petitioners seeking protection from the police against threat to their life and property. 3. Learned Standing Counsel states that on police verification, it's revealed that the petitioners have filed the instant petition with incorrect facts mentioning that they have apprehension of threat to their life from respondent no. 4, whereas the respondent no. 4 has already died and the petitioners have filed the instant petition with incorrect facts concealing the fact of their first marriage, therefore, the instant petition is misconceived and deserves dismissal with heavy cost. 4. 5. Since the petitioners have approached this Court seeking protection by concealing the material facts, the instant writ petition is dismissed with cost of Rs.25,000/- to be deposited by the petitioner no.2-Pankaj Parihar before the District Legal Services Authority, Jalaun, within thirty days from today, failing which, the same shall be recovered as arrears of land revenue within next three months. A copy of this order be sent to the District Magistrate concerned for record and compliance. The District Magistrate concerned shall submit its report before the CJM concerned within fifteen days, thereafter. The CJM concerned shall submit its report to this Court within next fifteen days to be kept on record of this writ petition.
