Counsel for the pe oner submits that she would be contended and sa sfied if concerned authority is directed to decide her representa on dated 28.08.2025 (Annexure P-2) in a me bound manner. 3. No ces are served upon the official respondents through the State's counsel. Given the nature of the order that this Court proposes to pass, neither the response of official respondents nor the issuance of no ces to the private respondents is required. 4.
