The present transfer petition has been filed under Section 24 of the Code of Civil Procedure for transfer of Original Suit No.250 of 2023, from the Court of Principal Judge, Family Court, Bokaro to the Court of Principal Judge, Family Court, Ranchi. 3. It appears that the marriage has been solemnized as per the Hindu rites in the year 2012 and they have been blessed with one son and one daughter. 4. The present original suit has been filed for grant of divorce by the husband and the ground has been taken that the wife is suffering from mental illness and from some last years no physical relation has been established between them. 5. The divorce petition itself suggest that wife is not in a position to travel. 6. Considering the peculiar facts and circumstances of the case, the Original Suit No.250 of 2023, is hereby, transferred to the Court of Principal Judge, Family Court, Ranchi. 7.
