(Oral) Applicant is in judicial custody in Sessions Trial No. 268 of 2021 in Case Crime No. 262 of 2021, under Section 302, 201/34 IPC, Police Station Kankhal, District Haridwar. He has sought his release on bail. 2. Heard learned counsel for the parties and perused the record. 3. This is second bail application of the applicant. His first bail application was rejected on merits on 14.09.2022. 4. Learned counsel for the applicant submits that the applicant is in custody since 22.07.2021; out of 37 witnesses, till date only 13 witnesses have been examined; there are less chances of the completion of the trial in the near future. 5. Having considered the period of custody which the applicant has undergone and other attending facts, this Court is of the view that it is a case fit for bail and the applicant deserves to be enlarged on bail. 2 6. The bail application is allowed. 7. Let the applicant be released on bail, on his executing a personal bond and furnishing two reliable sureties, each of the like amount, to the satisfaction of the court concerned.
