1. The present revision has been filed with a following prayers:-
“It is therefore, respectfully prayed that this Hon'ble Court may kindly be pleased to set aside the impugned judgement dated 07.02.2020, passed by the court of Additional Session Judge, Bhatapara, District Baloda Bazar-Bhatapara, presiding officer Satyendra Kumar Sahu, titled as Smt. Neha Mandhani Vs. Sumit Thawani & others, passed in Criminal Appeal No. H-53/2019 so for as enhancement of maintenance amount of Rs. 3000/- in favour of respondent is concern, in the interest of justice.”

Learned counsel for the revisionist/applicant submits that the present revision has become infructuous, as the order passed under the Domestic Violence Act has become final against the applicant.
3. In view of the submission made by the learned counsel for the applicant, the present revision is dismissed as infructuous.
