Though application is opposed by respondent, nothing is pointed out to this Court as to what prejudice will cause to the respondent if replacement is allowed. Perusal of application indicates the circumstance in which this replacement is necessary. It is seen that the firm is a proprietary concern and earlier represented by father of applicant who expired on 25.07.2023. There is no contest to the fact that the present applicant is the proprietor of firm M/s Ghai Construction Engineers and Contractors. 4.
