The present writ petition is filed questioning the action of the respondents in trying to allot house site pattas over an extent of Ac.1.50 cents situated in Rs.No.480 and 481/1 of Kolavaeenu village, Kankipadu Mandal, Krishna District, which belongs to Zilla Parishad High School. 2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, learned Assistant Government Pleader placed the instructions dt.17.02.2025, furnished by the Tahsildar, Kankipadu. 3. On perusal of the said instructions, it is clear that the subject land was not proposed for distribution of house sites as alleged by the petitioner. 4. The said instructions are placed on record. 5. In view of the interim orders, no further orders are necessary, accordingly the writ petition is closed. No order as to costs.
