This writ petition has been filed with the following prayers:- "i- issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of certiorari quashing the part of the impugned order dated 26.08.2025 to the extent whereby the learned trial court has recalled the stay order dated 21.03.2025 passed by the respondent no.3 in case no. 3340 of 2025 (Banarasi Lal Vs. Jaavant Kumar and others) under section 116 of U.P. Revenue Code-2006 (Annexure No.4). ii- issue a writ or order or direction in the nature of mandamus directing the respondent no.4 to 8 not to alienate the property in dispute nor change the nature during the pendency of suit before the respondent no.3." 2. After some argument, when the Court was going to direct the revenue authority to conclude proceedings under Section 116 of U.P. Revenue Code, 2006, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he may be permitted to withdraw the writ petition with liberty to approach Board of Revenue for assailing the order dated 26.08.2025 through revision. 3.
