The substantive prayer made in the petition in hand reads thus:-
“It is, therefore, respectfully prayed that in view of the
facts and circumstances mentioned above, and in the interest of justice, appropriate order or direction may kindly be issued to the respondents to produce the brother of the petitioner, namely Akshay Bishnoi @ Akshay Delu before the Trial Court on 09.09.2025 through videography when the brother of the petitioner is produced before the trial court at Abohar from the Central Jail Patiala, as the petitioner has a bonafide and genuine apprehension that if the brother of the petitioner is physically produced and taken to the court premises at Abohar, there exists a serious threat to his life and safety, and there is every possibility of a false encounter being staged.
It is, further prayed that of directions may kindly be issued to the concerned Jail Authorities for the production of brother of the petitioner namely Akshay Bishnoi @ Akshay Delu on 09.09.2025 through video conferencing instead of physical production and to increase the security at the time of physical production of brother of the petitioner.
It is, further prayed that appropriate order or to the respondents to direction to the respondents increase the security of the brother of the petitioner if he be produced through physical appearance before the trial court and to take adequate steps in light of the Supreme Court judgment in Paramvir Singh Saini vs. Baljit Singh & Ors.[SLP (Crl.) After arguing for sometime, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner seeks to withdraw the petition in hand with liberty to approach the concerned trial Court for requisite directions, as made in the instant petition, in accordance with law.

Dismissed as withdrawn with the liberty aforesaid.
