The present contempt petition is being filed on behalf of the petitioner above named for initiating a proceeding for contempt against the opposite parties for willful and deliberate violation of order dated 20.09.2016 passed by a Bench of Hon'ble Mr. Justice Ahsanuddin Amanullah in C.W.J.C. No. 13952 of 2016.
3. Paragraph-5 of the show cause of opposite party nos. 2 and 3 shows that earned leave of the petitioner (300 days) has been sanctioned and the order stands complied.
