Applicant has assailed the order dated 2.9.2025, whereby the application moved on behalf of the accused to summon the attendance register and the Nazir has been rejected. 3. Learned AGA has raised a preliminary objection qua maintainability of instant application on the ground of the availability of an alternative remedy to file an appeal under Section 14-A of the S.C./S.T. Act. 4. Learned counsel for the applicant has not refuted the contention as raised by the learned AGA qua availability of the alternative remedy as mentioned above. 5. In this conspectus, as above, the instant application is dismissed on the ground of maintainability, to avail a remedy of an appeal under Section 14-A of the S.C./S.T. Act. 6. Office is directed to return the certified copy of the documents annexed with this application to the learned counsel for the applicant after retaining its photostat copy at the relevant place.
