Heard both sides. 3. Taking into consideration the facts and circumstances of the case and the grounds raised in the clarification petition and also after hearing both the sides, it will suffice to clarify paragraph-26 of the order to the effect that in the copies of the statements recorded from the victim girl and the witnesses, the names shall be redacted and it shall be handed over to the writ petitioner.
