The present petition has been filed challenging the impugned First Information Report dated 11.10.2016 in Case Crime No.0438 of 2016 under Sections 147, 148, 149, 452, 323, 504 & 506 I.P.C., Police Station- Nawabganj, District - Allahabad. The counsel for the petitioners states that inadvertently, wrong first information report has been annexed with the writ petition at Annexure-1 and thus prays that the petition be dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to file a fresh petition annexing certified copy of the correct first information report lodged against the petitioners i.e. Case Crime No.438 of 2016. In view of the aforesaid, the petition is dismissed as withdrawn with the liberty as prayed. Let the certified copies of the first information report and the compromise deed be returned to the counsel for the petitioners, after retaining photocopies of the same on record.
