This writ petition has been filed seeking following relief :- "1.Issue a order or direction, directing the trial court/Additional Civil Judge (S.D) court No-5 Kanpur Nagar, to decide the Temporary injunction application (6C2) under order 39 rule 1& 2 of C.P.C pending in suit No- 1541/2021 (Waseem Ahmad & others versus Smt Ayasha Begum & others) pending before Additional Civil Judge (S.D) court No-5 Kanpur Nagar in specified fixed time without granting any unnecessary adjournment." 3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the above-mentioned application for temporary injunction (6C2) is pending consideration and the same has not been decided till date. Learned counsel prayed that the same may be decided, expeditiously. 4. Since the above-mentioned application is pending, no useful purpose would be served in keeping this petition pending. 5. In view of the above, this writ petition stands disposed of with a direction to the Trial Court/Additional Civil Judge (Senior Division), Court No.5, Kanpur Nagar to decide the above-mentioned application, in accordance with law, expeditiously, preferably within twelve weeks from the date of production of a certified copy of this order, after ensuring service of notice upon all the respondents and providing opportunity of hearing to all the concerned parties provided there is no other legal impediment.
