Heard learned counsel for the parties and perused the records. 3. By means of this petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution, petitioner has prayed for a writ of mandamus to command the respondent No.- 2 to consider his request for transfer order from 33rd PAC Battalion, Jhansi to 4th PAC Battalion, Prayagraj as he has only six months to go in retirement. 4. Learned counsel for the petitioner states that in above regard petitioner has made representation dated 9th May, 2025 which has remained pending till date. 5. Learned Standing counsel has no objection in case if petitioner's representation is directed to be decided by the concerned competent respondent in a time bound period. 6. In view of the above this petition stands disposed of with a direction to the respondent No.- 2 to look into and consider the grievance raised by the petitioner in his representation dated 9th May, 2025 and dispose of the same as expeditiously as possible preferable within a period of six weeks from the date of production of certified copy of this order. 7. Needless to add, the order to be passed by the respondent concerned as directed herein above, shall be reasoned and speaking one.
