The present application has been filed with the prayer to grant anticipatory bail to the applicants in Case Crime No. 617 of 2023, under Sections 452, 323, 324, 325, 504, 506, 308 of I.P.C., Police Station Seohara, District Bijnor. 2. After arguing the matter at some length, Sri Prakash Tripathi, counsel for the applicants prays for withdrawal of the present application with liberty to the applicants to file regular bail application before the Court of competent jurisdiction. 3.
