This writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the respondent No. 2-Senior Superintendent of Police (SSP), Rajouri to consider the grievance of the petitioner in context of the fact that the petitioner reckons that his photograph is displayed on the notice board of the Police Station, Budhal by reference to being ‘History Sheeter’ which fact of display of his photograph is violative of his fundamental right to reputation under article 21 of the Constitution of India given the fact that the petition has no such antecedents to be bracketed as a Serial No. 09 Regular List WP(Crl) No. 86/2025 History Sheeter with his photograph being displayed on the notice board of the Police Station, Budhal. 02. The petitioner shall submit a formal application to the respondent No. 2-Senior Superintendent of Police (SSP), Rajouri projecting his grievance, whereupon the respondent No. 2-Senior Superintendent of Police (SSP), Rajouri to consider and decide the said representation of the petitioner within a period of 15 days from the date of submission of the representation by the petitioner. 03. The present petition is, accordingly, disposed of along with connected application.
