Learned Deputy Advocate General has placed on record office instructions dated 09.05.2025 from the Director School Education, relevant portion of which, is as under:- “Furthermore, as per information received from the office of Respondent No.3 the pay has been re-fixed in respect of the Petitioner by giving the benefit of annual increments by the Block Elementary Education Officer concerned vide order No. NB-Pay Fixation/2024-25(Ele.Edu.)609 dated 09.05.2025. Copy of the same is enclosed herewith for kind perusal.
