Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the petitioner was granted interim anticipatory bail by order dated 09.04.2025 and in pursuance of the direction issued by this Court, the petitioner has appeared before the concerned Investigating Officer. 3. On the other hand, learned Additional Public Prosecutor, Assam has submitted that in the meanwhile, Charge-Sheet has already been laid in this case vide C.S. No. 23/2025 dated 12.03.2025. 4. In view of filing of the charge-sheet as well as the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner has co-operated in the investigation, the interim anticipatory bail is extended for next 3 (three) months or till the petitioner receives summons from the Trial Court and he appears before the Trial Court and prays for his regular bail, whichever is earlier. 5.
