Neutral Citation No. - 2025:AHC:11570-DB Court No. - 40 Case :- WRIT - C No. - 31686 of 2024 Petitioner :- M/S Gramin Sanskar Filling Station And Another Respondent :- Union Of India And 2 Others Counsel for Petitioner :- Kabeer Tiwari,Sr. Advocate Counsel for Respondent :- A.S.G.I.,Anand Tiwari,Archana Singh,Manoj Kumar Singh Hon'ble Shekhar B. Saraf,J. Hon'ble Vipin Chandra Dixit,J. 1. Heard learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioners and Sri Manoj Kumar Singh, learned counsel appearing on behalf of respondent no.1. 2. This is a writ petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India wherein the petitioner is aggrieved by the show cause notice dated 23.11.2021 issued with regard to the termination of the retail outlet dealership that was run by the petitioner. 3. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of respondents submits that a personal hearing was granted in this matter on 15.6.2022. However, she fairly submits that in spite of the hearing that was granted no decision has been taken by the Corporation till date. 4. However, due to the long passage of time, we are of the view that a fresh hearing should be granted to the petitioner. The petitioner shall be allowed to submit any document that he wish to rely upon in the said personal hearing. The petitioner is accordingly allowed to file a fresh reply to the show cause notice along with the documents that he is relying upon, within a period of two weeks from date. Once the reply is received by the respondent authorities, the date of hearing should be fixed and the petitioner must appear on that date himself for the personal hearing. The entire proceedings should be culminated within a period of eight weeks from date. 5. With the above direction, the writ petition is disposed of.
