Having perused aforesaid affidavit as well as documents annexed therewith, this Court finds that vide communication dated 04.07.2025, Defence Ministry has accorded sanction for sale of occupancy rights by Smt. Bhisham Kanta Sharma, W/o late Mr. Sohan Lal Sharma, Madhu Sudhan Sharma, Gauri Shankar Sharma 1 Whether the reporters of the local papers may be allowed to see the judgment? 2 and Laxman Sarup Sharma (all sons of late Mr. Sohan Lal Sharma) to Mr. Arun Duggal, S/o late Mr. Sardari Lal Duggal subject to furnishing of documents, as detailed in afore communication. 3. In view of the above, nothing remains to be adjudicated in the instant proceedings and accordingly, the same are closed with a direction to afore authority to ensure that necessary permission is granted to the petitioner expeditiously, preferably within one week from the date of completion of procedure and formalities by the petitioner.
