The petitioner has approached this Court for the following reliefs:- (i) For direct the Government respon- dents to take proper action in accordance with law against the private respondents who have been made accused in G.R. No.5461 of 2022, Bochahan P.S. Case No.557 of 2022, under Sections 406, 420, 379, 341, 342, 323, 504, 506, 34 of the Indian Pe- nal Code. (ii) For any other relief to which the peti- tioner is found entitled to in the facts of the case. 3. In view of the reliefs sought by the petitioner, peti- tioner is directed to approach the Senior Superintendent of Po- lice, Muzaffarpur for appropriate direction to the I.O. of Bocha- han P.S. Case No.557 of 2022 for proper investigation and if such an application is being filed and the Senior Superintendent of Police, Muzaffarpur finds merit in the application, he may pass appropriate orders in accordance with law. 4. With the aforesaid observation and direction, this application stands disposed of. 5. It is made clear that the Court has not applied its mind to the facts of the case. 6.
